WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
STEALTH is looking for VR/AR Development Intern who knows the best tool to achieve the most realistic implementation for lifelike reproduction on a variety of headsets. You will be developing on a variety of devices, from mobile phone VR/AR/MxR implementation, to full-fledged headsets (e.g. Oculus Quest, Hololens, Vive, Magic Leap.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Drive Product Advancement: Actively contribute to the enhancement and optimization of existing VR/AR products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and user experience.
Develop High-Performance Code: Write and maintain clean, efficient, and reliable code that supports the functionality of immersive applications across various platforms and devices.
Innovate and Improve: Engage in product innovation, exploring new features and functionalities that leverage the latest technologies in VR/AR development.
Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to align product development with business objectives and user needs.
User-Centric Design: Utilize user feedback and analytics to inform design decisions, ensuring that the products not only meet technical specifications but also provide a seamless and engaging user experience.
A/B Testing and Performance Evaluation: Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and improvements, iterating based on findings.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, code, and testing procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure project continuity.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously research and monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in VR/AR to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
Important Skills, Traits and Qualifications:
BSCS or equivalent technical degree preferred
4+ years of experience working in similar environments
Experience with Unity, Unreal, or similar
Experience with C++ or C#
Experience with Android or Android ecosystem
Experience working with 3D applications
Familiarity with modern .NET ecosystem
Superior communication skills.
