Every Forkaia student picks a Chapter — the city (or Remote-First region) where they'll meet other students face-to-face. Monthly dinners. Quarterly demo days. One class-year reunion every summer. The internet part is the classroom. The Chapter is the campus quad.
Nine cities. One global cohort.
Chapters are led by rotating Chapter Presidents — usually a 2nd- or 3rd-year Bachelor student. Every Chapter runs on the same calendar (dinner, demo day, reunion) with local twists. Pick one during Sprint Zero. Switch anytime if you move.

One monthly dinner. One quarterly demo day. One class-year reunion in the summer. That's the whole Chapter calendar. Small enough to actually happen. Consistent enough to become a tradition.

Held on the same weekday of every month. Chapter President picks the venue. Members split the check unless a Cornerstone Partner sponsors that month. Dress: uniform.
Show what you shipped.
Every member gives a 3-minute talk on one thing they shipped that quarter. Invite Cornerstone Partners and alumni. Best demo of the day wins a small purse. Free public event.
Every summer. Every Chapter.
Held the weekend of the graduating class's Commencement. Alumni return. Numbered attendance list posted publicly. Class-year cocktail. The Ring is worn.
Every September 3.
Every Chapter marks Founding Day with a private candlelit dinner. The Charter is read aloud. New members are welcomed. Alumni are honored. One night per year.
