A 300–850 score, calibrated to verified work, peer-reviewed evaluations, and consistency over time. The new standard employers and universities use to assess entry-level talent — built on what someone has actually shipped, not what they say on a resume.
The Forkaia Score is a transparent weighted average of five signals. Every member can see exactly what's driving their score and what to do to move it.
How many tasks have been completed and signed off by partner-company reviewers. Quality work compounds over time.
The average score reviewers give each piece of work. Direct, unfiltered feedback from professionals at the companies you've worked for.
Range across categories and difficulty levels. Specialists score deep in one area; generalists score across many. Both can hit the top tier.
Cadence of completed work and reliability against deadlines. Showing up matters. So does shipping when you said you would.
Peer reviews and mentor evaluations from inside the Forkaia community. Captures the soft signals raw deliverables can't.
Each tier maps to a real bar — the kind of work a member at that level can reliably ship without supervision. Employers can filter directly by tier.
FICO became the standard for creditworthiness because it boiled a complex assessment into one trusted number. The Forkaia Score does the same for hireability.
The Forkaia Score is calibrated against real downstream outcomes: full-time job placement rates, employer NPS for hired Forkaia talent, and 12-month retention in role. We publish the formula. We publish the weights. We publish quarterly methodology updates. Any change is announced 90 days in advance and applies prospectively, never retroactively. The score is auditable — any member can request a full breakdown of their score, including raw data and weights.

Every Forkaia® member gets a score from day one. Every task you complete moves the number. Every credential earned compounds. The number employers and universities trust.
