Every offer letter,
read aloud.
Real college has a graduation ceremony. Ours is different: every Bachelor of Work grad walks the stage while their actual signed offer letter — company, title, salary — is read aloud to the audience and the livestream. Diploma, ring, and job. Same moment.
Nothing about it looks like a regular graduation.
We took the four-hour parade of Latin, gowns, and mailed diplomas and cut it down to the only three things that actually matter: proof of work, proof of employment, and public acknowledgment.
Each grad walks solo.
Name, major (Studio), and shipped portfolio flash on screen. No shared column of a thousand identical students — every walk is one person, front and center, for 45 seconds.
Their real offer letter, read aloud.
Signed by the hiring company. Title, comp, and start date announced live. The audience — and the internet — hears the outcome the education actually produced.
The Diploma of Work.
Letterpress parchment, hand-numbered by class. Signed by the President of the School of Work. Verifiable via QR code that links to the live public transcript.
The Ring, given on stage.
Silver Forkaia ring, class year engraved. Every Bachelor of Work grad gets one. Alumni recognize each other in the wild for the rest of their careers.
Every ceremony filmed & distributed.
Every offer read aloud becomes a 45-second social clip the grad and the hiring company both share. Commencement doubles as the largest hiring PR moment of the year.
No caps. No gowns. Uniforms.
Forkaia varsity jacket, class-year embroidered. The uniform is what they'll actually wear after the ceremony — into the office, on a plane, on stage at their new job.
Watch the first class of the modern college graduate live.
Free public livestream, May 2030. RSVP now to receive the calendar hold, the pre-ceremony program, and a link to the interactive offer-letter reel. Enrolled Bachelor of Work students receive priority in-person seats.
Commencement is the moment — not the end.
Every May, one class walks. Every May, hundreds of offer letters get read aloud. Every May, the internet watches. That's the recruiting engine. That's the brand. That's the covenant.
