One takes the cup.

Every quarter, the eight Studios enter a real competition. A shared challenge with a real deliverable. Real judges — senior operators from Cornerstone Partners. A real prize purse — funded by the Endowment plus one Cornerstone Sponsor. Winners get named on the League Cup, which sits in the Chapter Hall of the winning Studio for the quarter. Employers watch. ◆ THE JUDGES

Senior operators. Public verdicts.

Every League season is judged by a panel of five: three senior operators from Cornerstone Partners, one alumnus with a shipped-work track record, and the Dean of the School of Work. Every score is public. Every judge writes a signed one-paragraph verdict on the winner. No black-box grading.

◆ 01 · WHY JUDGES CARE

Recruiting theater.

Judges see the top-of-Studio talent under real conditions. Convert the MVP to a hire. Convert the runners-up too. Cornerstone Partners routinely walk away with 3–5 offers per season.

◆ 02 · SCORING

Four dimensions, weighted.

30% shipped-artifact quality. 30% revenue generated. 20% user growth. 20% originality of thesis. Public rubric. No surprises.

◆ 03 · APPEALS

None.

Judges publish signed verdicts. No do-overs. No re-scoring. Losing gracefully is part of the credential.
