Grad school,
for the workforce.
The Master of Work is a 2-year post-Bachelor advanced program that specializes you into one of the eight Studios and positions you as a hireable senior. $2,999 total tuition — 40× cheaper than an MBA. Publishes a real body of work, defends a capstone, joins the Faculty Bench as a Practitioner-in-Residence.
Two years. Four semesters.
Every Master of Work student picks a Studio at admission (Product · Growth · AI · Capital · Media · Ops · Engineering · Revenue) and specializes for two years. Each semester is a 12-week sprint with published deliverables.
Recalibrate. Reposition.
Diagnostic sprint. Baseline Readiness re-scored at grad level (target: 800+). Choose your Studio specialization. Matched with a senior Practitioner-in-Residence. Publish a State-of-the-Practice paper in your Studio.
Ship the hardest tier.
Six Capstone-tier tasks completed inside Cornerstone Partners. Weekly seminar with PiRs. First public research contribution to the Forkaia Research Library. Mid-program review.
Lead a Guild. Mentor a cohort.
Take a Guild-lead role. Mentor 8 Bachelor students. Publish the Studio's quarterly outlook. Design and shepherd one new task category for the Forkaia workspace.
Defend an original body of work.
Ship the Master's Capstone — a substantial original project (product launch, published research, F500 engagement, or founder track). Defend it live at the Winter Colloquium. Graduate.
Who gets in.

Direct comparison, 40× cheaper.
Two years, defended capstone, named specialization, senior placement. The functional equivalent of an MBA at 1/40th the cost, without the two years of foregone salary.
