◆ THE 7-DAY ONRAMP

Every day has a ritual.

Sprint Zero runs on rails. Each day is a single, focused ritual — one thing to complete, one artifact to leave behind, one small commitment to the next day. Async, so you can start Monday at 3 AM in Manila or noon in London. Structure is the same.

Charter Day
Sign the Forkaia Charter. Get your student ID (F-2030-XXXX). Choose Freshman Annual, Monthly, or Bachelor.

Compass Day
Take the Readiness Index & AGI-Resilience assessments. Get a personalized North Star & Studio recommendation.

◆ WEDNESDAY
Studio Draft
Pick your Studio (Product, Growth, AI, Capital, Media, Ops, Engineering, or Revenue). Locked for the semester.

◆ THURSDAY
Guild Day
Join your Guild (peer study group) and Cohort Hall (Discord). First meet-and-greet with 8-person study pod.

Mentor Match
A Practitioner-in-Residence is assigned. First async intro. 15-min video call scheduled for next week.

Portfolio Day
Claim your public portfolio URL (forkaia.com/u/yourname). First transcript entry auto-populated.

First Ship
Complete one Foundation-tier task inside a portfolio company. $5 posts to your Work-Study ledger. Sprint Zero closes.

By Day 8, every Forkaia student has shipped something a real company accepted, joined a Guild, matched a mentor, and put a dollar back in their tuition ledger. That's a first week no traditional college can offer.

One of eight Studios chosen and locked. Determines your major, your peer Guild, your mentor pool, and your first-year task filter.

Guild & Cohort Hall

An 8-person study pod (Guild) and a broader Studio-wide Discord (Cohort Hall). Both permanent for the semester, most stay for years.

Assigned Practitioner-in-Residence

A real operator from a Cornerstone Partner or the Forkaia network. Weekly async check-in. Optional 15-min sync every two weeks.

Public Portfolio URL

One real deliverable, accepted by a real portfolio company, with the first entry on your Work-Study ledger. Proof the model works.
