Certain pieces only unlock for Bachelor of Work graduates. Ring Display Box. The Class Ring Chain. The Alumni-Only Varsity (leather-body edition). Numbered to the class. Sold once per quarter, then retired forever.
Scarcity is the whole point.
Alumni-only drops are numbered to your class. When they sell out, they never come back. Wearing them means you graduated — not you paid $800 in the store.

No secondary market.
Alumni-only items are non-transferable. The class-number engraving means resale is meaningless — only the alum with that number owns the story.
